1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once a Viagra Group doctor has approved your prescription, the pharmacist
will ship your order within 5 to 7 business days.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
Viagra Group currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, check, and money orders. We do not accept cash.
3. Can I order by phone or fax?
No, Viagra Group only accepts orders through its secure server on the
Internet. Our low prices are due in part to a highly streamlined,
automated order process.
4. How much do you charge for a doctor's consultation to write a
prescription?
There is no charge for the doctor's consultation. All you pay for is the
pills and shipping.
5. How will the package arrive to me? Will people be able to tell its
contents?
Every order is shipped discreetly in a nondescript, plain package.
Nothing on the exterior of the package will suggest its contents -
preserving your right to privacy. You will be the only one who knows the
contents of the package.
6. How do I know that this is legitimate?
Your items are shipped directly from a licensed pharmacy to you. You will not be billed until your order is shipped.
7. Will I receive "real" Viagra, or a generic imitation?
Viagra Group only ships authentic, genuine Viagra® produced by Pfizer,
and we guarantee it. Your prescription will arrive exactly as it is
produced by Pfizer - in a branded, sealed package. We do not stock, ship,
or supply "generic" version of Viagra, or Viagra knockoffs.
8. How does an online consultation work?
The Internet has offered a new way for patients to access qualified
physician care. Online consultation avoids having to make an appointment
and visiting a doctor's office for a personal consultation. Instead, the
patient completes an online questionnaire and submits it for a
confidential review by one of our licensed physicians. Online
consultations will never replace traditional physical exams but they do
provide a way for patients to receive treatment for certain conditions
such as impotency. Viagra Group only provides prescriptions written by
licensed physicians who have evaluated your medical information.
9. Do I need a doctor's prescription?
Yes, you do need a prescription. If you have had a physical exam recently and consider yourself healthy,
you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order for you to
obtain the medications we offer. Thousands of psychiatrists and general
practitioners throughout the US are prescribing certain medications after
only reviewing the patient's medical history, without a physical exam. The
medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these
medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical
history. There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this
history is any more relevant than an online consultation.
10. Is my information private?
Viagra Group is dedicated to respecting your privacy, and promises to keep
your personal information confidential. Viagra Group has a strict policy
regarding protection of your medical and contact information. Your
information will *only* be used for diagnosis and prescription purposes by
our physicians and pharmacists. We will never give or sell your name or
contact information to 3rd parties for unsolicited advertising.
11. Is it safe to give my credit card number over the Internet?
All orders are encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, protecting the security of your credit
card transaction. In addition, for your protection, your customer data
will *not* be stored online. If you are uncomfortable with online ordering
via credit card we also offer alternatives, including payment by check or
money order.
