The following terms must be adhered to by both ViagraGroup and its partners. Any departure from these terms will be considered grounds for immediate cancellation of the partnership and all associated accounts.
- The affiliate/partner is responsible for reading and following all terms laid out in this document. ViagraGroup reserves the right to cancel the affiliate/partner's account with no further payment if the affiliate/partner disobeys the terms. Further notice will not be given.
- The affiliate/partner must provide a valid contact email address for ViagraGroup in his promotions.
- ViagraGroup must be able to follow every hit directed from the affiliate/partner and visit every referring website.
- ViagraGroup will not accept complaints from any source about the affiliate/partner's handling of traffic to ViagraGroup's websites, products or programs.
- Spam is strictly against ViagraGroup's policy. If ViagraGroup becomes aware of spamming activities on the part of the affiliate/partner, the affiliate/partner's accounts will be cancelled with no further payment; information on the affiliate/partner's activities will be sent to legal representatives at the relevant company or organization; and the affiliate/partner will be permanently barred from further business with ViagraGroup. These rules forbid spam via email, Usenet newsgroups, AOL, website forums, instant messaging, and all other forms of communication.
- The affiliate/partner will not promote ViagraGroup or its programs on websites presenting illegal content. ViagraGroup reserves the right to cancel the affiliate/partner's account with no further payment if the affiliate/partner pursues such promotions.
- If the affiliate/partner commits fraud in any form anywhere on the ViagraGroup network, all of his accounts will be cancelled without further payment, and he will be permanently barred from further business with ViagraGroup.
- ViagraGroup will closely monitor credit card use, and fraud will not be tolerated. Fraud cases will immediately be reported to the appropriate credit card company and the appropriate governmental authorities. If ViagraGroup becomes aware of the forging of inauthentic signups, or any computer program whereby inauthentic signups can be forged, ViagraGroup will pursue the affiliate/partner responsible with every available form of legal punishment.
Regarding changes to terms and partnerships:
- ViagraGroup reserves the right to cancel the partnership or to transfer accounts from one program to another at any time based on profitability or for any other reason. Except in cases where the stated terms have been broken or fraud has been committed, the affiliate/partner will be contacted and paid for all business received up to the point of cancellation or transfer.
- ViagraGroup will post any alterations or additions to these terms on the affiliate/partner's statistics page. The affiliate/partner will then have seven (7) days to accept the terms before ViagraGroup puts them into effect. If the affiliate/partner fails to accept these terms without the stated period of time, all of his accounts will be cancelled and he will not receive any payment generated after the application of the new terms.
Terms regarding the Affiliate/Partner Referral program:
- The affiliate/partner may not include coworkers, employees or family members.
- The affiliate/partner may not include current cash program account holders.
- ViagraGroup reserves the right to deactivate any unprofitable accounts without prior notice.
Payment
- ViagraGroup will calculate business generated by the affiliate/partner. The affiliate/partner may review this amount on his statistics page.
- All payments will be made on a monthly basis.
- ViagraGroup will consider the use of any illegitimate payout-name as fraud.
- ViagraGroup reserves the right to cancel the affiliate/partner's account with no further payment and to take every legal recourse if the affiliate/partner commits any type of fraud in connection with any account.
- The affiliate/partner will receive full payment up to the point of cancellation for any program or promotion cancelled by ViagraGroup unless fraud occurred or the terms of the partnership were otherwise broken.
- The affiliate/partner must contact ViagraGroup and apply for closure should he decide to close an account. If an account is closed by the affiliate/partner, ViagraGroup will pay all business generated up to the date of closure unless fraud occurred or the terms of the partnership were otherwise broken.
- Viagra orders are shipped only when one of our physicians fills out a prescription and gives it to our pharmacist who ships the order.
- If a customer makes an order and our physician feels Viagra is not compatible for a customer, the order will not be shipped and the customer is not charged, no commission is paid.
Common reasons why an order may not be shipped:
- Medical history indicates customer has heart problems. In this case our physician will not write a prescription and customer is not charged. No sale.
- Invalid credit card. ViagraGroup will ask customer to supply another credit card number before order is shipped. If a valid credit card is not issued there is no sale.
